The room offered fine sea views from a spacious balcony.

The rooms were luxury, brand-new, came with fresh towels, excellent views and a fantastic view. The staff was very amiable and exceptionally attentive, provided terrific services and helped with free parking.

Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were highly unprofessional.

I got well renovated and air conditioned room with all the extras, amazing seaviews, as example as advertised.

Let's not forget the breakfast-cold and far from fresh. They really should've upgraded my room as a courtesy for the inconveniences. It felt a tad neglected, and being treated like every other guest was just shocking.

The Superior Studio with Sea View was a dream come true! With amazing sunset views right from our outdoor balcony, it was the perfect spot to unwind. The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools with fine views, with a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring.

The sea view from my room was fine, and the rooftop pool was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The room was big and super clean, with lovely sea views. The pool area was always clean, and there were multiple pools. It's a short walk to lovely restaurants and the charming Old Town of Rethymno. The breakfast selection was good with plenty of options.

Loved the small pool area and comfy loungers. The soundproofing was really good-hardly heard a peep! Our beautiful apartment was pristine with a lovely sea view, a gem!

And the bar snacks? Let's just say they could have found a friend in a seasoning jar.
